Installation Guide

Prepare the HDPE pipe by scraping and cleaning.
Insert the pipe ends into the coupler until reaching the central stop.
Connect the electrofusion terminals to the fusion machine.
Heat is applied to melt the internal wire and pipe surface.
After cooling, a solid and permanent joint is formed.

The Electrofusion Fitting Series is designed for connecting HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipes through a reliable andleak-proof electrofusion process.
These fittings use embedded heating elements that, when energized, melt the HDPE surface and create a strong, homogeneous joint between pipes or other fittings.
