 Installatiegids

• Pipe Preparation
  Cut and clean the ends of the HDPE pipes, ensuring there is no dust or moisture.
• Align the Pipe & Elbow
  Position both ends into the butt fusion machine clamps.
• Face & Level the Ends
  Use the facing tool to ensure both surfaces are perfectly smooth and aligned.
• Heating Process
  Apply the heating plate at the required fusion temperature until the correct melt bead forms.
• Fusion Jointing
  Quickly remove the heater and press the elbow and pipe together under controlled pressure.
• Cooling Time
  Leave the joint untouched until complete cooling to achieve a strong permanent bond.
