Installation Guide

• Prepare and Align
  Ensure both the HDPE pipe and the adaptor end are clean and properly aligned in the fusion machine.
• Face the Ends
  Use the facing tool to create a smooth, square contact surface.
• Heat the Interface
  Apply the heating plate following fusion guidelines for the pipe diameter and SDR.
• Join and Hold
  Fuse the melted ends together with consistent pressure.
• Cooling Period
  Allow natural cooling before handling or connecting to the flange assembly.
• Attach Backing Ring
  Position gasket and bolts, tightening them evenly in a crisscross pattern.
