 Installation Guide

• Preparation
  Clean the pipe ends and the welding surfaces. Ensure the pipe and fitting diameters match the required SDR rating.
• Alignment
  Position the pipes and the cross fitting in the butt fusion machine. Check that all four directions are aligned properly before heating.
• Heating
  Heat the surfaces according to the welding schedule for the pipe size. Maintain consistent temperature and contact pressure.
• Fusion Process
  Once the heater is removed, immediately press the pipe ends and the cross fitting together. Hold steady pressure until the joint cools.
• Inspection
  Confirm that the weld bead forms evenly. Allow the assembly to cool fully before performing pressure testing.
