Established in 2001, Zhejiang Xinda Plastic Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd. is an international modern enterprise integrating industry and trade, specializing in the production of polyethylene (PE) electrofusion fittings, butt fusion fittings, PE ball valves, steel-to-plastic transition fittings, socket fusion fittings, PPR fittings, and steel wire reinforced polyethylene fittings for gas and water supply applications.
Manufacturing Base
Located in Hemudu Town, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, the company operates from a 180,000-square-meter campus with 150,000 square meters of production workshops. With over 428 employees, including more than 30 technical professionals, 12 engineers, and 2 senior engineers, Xinda is equipped with 120+ specialized injection molding machines, including an extra-large 300,000-gram model, over 20 advanced robotic arms, and 8 automated electrofusion operating units. As one of China’s most comprehensive PE fitting manufacturers, the company maintains an annual production capacity exceeding 13,000 tons (approximately 18 million pieces), with sales offices across China and export markets in Asia, Europe, and North America.
Quality Assurance
The company maintains comprehensive testing capabilities utilizing advanced equipment for hydrostatic pressure, tensile strength, melt flow index, oxidation induction, moisture content, carbon black content, and density testing. This ensures complete quality control from raw materials to finished products. All electrofusion fittings meet GB15558.2/EN1555 and GB/T13663.2/EN12201 standards, verified by the National Chemical Building Materials Testing Center.
